Possible Issues

A web browser that is capable of SSL and Java, internet access, and a Exchange email account are all required to use Outlook Web Access.

This service has been tested with a variety of systems and browsers. Some issues have been found with systems that have older versions of IE 3.0. If you have difficulty in accessing this new service, please contact the Helpdesk at (321) 724-3331.

Due to the SSL encryption you may see some slow down in response time. This is normal.

You may wish to flush or remove the temporary internet files or cache that browsers create to insure security of your data. Each browser will have a method for doing this, please consult the browser documentation or help files. Please remember to logoff at the end of each session. Shutting down the browser alone may not be good enough to insure you data's security.
